Refund policy

At KQ Prints, we strive to provide high-quality DTF gang sheets, sublimation prints, and embroidery services that meet your expectations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
  • If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom DTF gang sheets and sublimation prints.
  • Embroidered or printed garments.
  • Any items that have been used, applied, or washed.

2. Refund Policy

We only issue refunds in cases where:

  • An order is incorrect due to our mistake (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong quantity).
  • A product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer errors in file uploads (low resolution, incorrect sizing, or wrong colors).
  • Orders that have already been printed, cut, or embroidered.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (once shipped, we are not responsible for transit delays).

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged or incorrect product).
  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet gone into production.
  • If your order has already been printed or processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
