1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Rush Orders: Orders placed before 1 PM may be eligible for same-day processing for an additional fee.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. High-volume orders may take longer.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for urgent orders)

Local Pickup

Customers in Rock Hill, SC, can pick up their orders at:

Pickup is available during business hours after receiving a confirmation email that your order is ready.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping may be available for bulk or promotional orders (check for current offers).

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
KQ Prints is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using the provided tracking information.
If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Damaged items: If your package arrives damaged, email us at kqprints30@gmail.com with photos of the package and the product within 48 hours of receipt.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.
