Welcome to KQ Prints! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Terms
- These terms apply to all users of KQ Prints, including customers, visitors, and business partners.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Orders & Payments
Placing an Order
- By placing an order, you confirm that the design provided is legally owned or authorized for use.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, trademark, or community standards.
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before processing your order.
- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Production & Turnaround Time
- Standard processing time is 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be requested before 1 PM.
- Delays due to file issues, incorrect orders, or third-party shipping carriers are not the responsibility of KQ Prints.
4. Shipping & Pickup
- We offer local pickup at 1204 Mt Gallant Rd, Suite 6, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and selected service.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they are in transit with the carrier.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is an error on our part.
- Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.
- Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.

6. File Submission & Design Quality
- Customers must provide high-resolution (300 DPI, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG) files for best printing results.
- We are not responsible for errors caused by low-quality artwork or incorrect file formatting.
- If needed, graphic design services are available for an additional fee.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to print any submitted designs.
- We will not print content that is offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked without proper authorization.
- KQ Prints reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
- KQ Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
