Membership Terms

• Member DTF pricing applies to regular-priced DTF transfers and gang sheets while membership is active: Royal Member 10% off, Crown Member 15% off, and King & Queen Circle 20% off.
• DTF member pricing does not apply to sale or promotional pricing, rush fees, artwork/design fees, shipping, or other already-discounted or specialty services.
• *Select setup fees waived means standard setup only. Embroidery digitizing, new logo creation, complex artwork, specialty setup, and major design work remain chargeable.
• Each Royal Print Credit covers one standard blank shirt with one standard-size print, OR up to four qualifying standard-size DTF transfers. Premium garments, front-and-back printing, sleeves, oversized DTF, specialty materials, 3D/all-over printing, and embroidery cost extra.
• Unused regular monthly Royal Print Credits roll over one month maximum, then expire.
• Member savings and DTF discounts do not stack with bulk pricing, sales, or other promotions unless specifically approved.
• Simple changes to saved designs means names, dates, colors, phone numbers, or small wording changes. New artwork, logo creation, photo editing, or redesigns cost extra.
• Priority Production is included. Same-day service may be available for qualifying orders placed before the daily cutoff, subject to production capacity.
• Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• All benefits end automatically if membership is canceled, paused, or payment fails.

New Member Bonus — First Month Only

• New subscribers only; one welcome bonus per customer/business.
• Only the Royal Print Credit allowance doubles. DTF discount percentage, priority production, and other benefits remain at the regular tier level.
• Bonus Royal Print Credits must be used during the first billing cycle. They expire when that cycle ends and do not roll over.
• Membership must be active and paid to redeem.
• Bonus cannot be combined with another promotion. Specialty/oversized printing is excluded unless approved.
